Cancellation/Refund Policy

Orders cancelled with 14 or more days notice, are subject to a full refund (unless stated otherwise).
Orders cancelled with 6-13 days notice are subject to a credit of amount paid
to be redeemed within six months of original order date.
Due to the planning, preparing and work that goes into a custom cake and/or treats, unfortunately we do not provide full/partial refunds, or credits with less than 5 days notice.

Date Changes
Things happen! And we understand.

We allow (1) date change (a date change is considered the following week or further),
within a 2 month time frame of the original date the order was placed for.
The date change must be requested at least 10 days before the original date.

Please note we cannot always guarantee a date change,
however we will do our best to accommodate for a new date.
Any further date change(s) will be considered a new order, and subject to full payment.
