Orders cancelled with 10 or more days notice, are subject to a full refund
(unless stated otherwise).
Orders cancelled with less than 10 days notice are subject to a credit of amount paid to be redeemed within six months of original order date.
Due to the planning, preparing and work that goes into a custom cake and/or treats, unfortunately we do not provide full or partial refunds with less than 10 days notice.
Things happen! And we understand.
We allow (1) date change (a date change is considered the following week or further), within a 2 month time frame of the original date the order was placed for.
Please note we cannot always guarantee a date change,
however we will do our best to accommodate for a new date.
Any further date change(s) will be considered a new order, and subject to full payment.
